The “Entrepreneur’s Lawyer” - Before and during law school, Garnet turned his hobbies and interests into business ventures.   Now, as a lawyer at Wickwire Holm in Halifax, Garnet is able to draw on his entrepreneurial experiences when providing strategic legal advice to entrepreneurs in their business pursuits.  Garnet’s passion is in assisting entrepreneurs identify and overcome the various legal issues they face during their entrepreneurial life from the early stages of planning & start-up, to growth and succession.

This website/blog is for entrepreneurs and others interested in how the law interacts with the operating of a business.  entrepreneurlaw.ca is designed to be a resource where users can become acquainted with some issues which affect entrepreneurs at the various stages of starting-up and running a business.
